Phat Fiber: A Box That Rocks

by jennifer

A fun sample box from Jessie over at Phat Fiber arrived in the mail the other day, and, WOW, what a treat. I love, love, love yarn, so it was a very fun to go through this box of goodies that included several mini skeins of yarn, roving, stitch markers, note cards, a bar of goats milk soap, a pattern for fingerless gloves by Wendy Ganong, and a copy of “Handknit Heros” issue 1 from Comicknits.com, which has a pattern for a cool hooded scarf inside the back cover. The graphic novel concept of combining knitting with superheros is interesting.

I had fun reading all the names of the products and businesses ranging from Sneaky Pig Yarns to the green “swamp” colored cashmere/merino blend by Hedgehog Fibres.

If you want to get your hands on a box of Phat Fiber, sign up for the mailing list so you will be notified when the March boxes go on sale. The cost is $33 including shipping. To find out how to get your products in a Phat Fiber box, click over here.

I happen to be very hungry when I opened the box, so I was happy to find a piece of chocolate inside. Yum.
