5 days ago by craftsanity I recently changed my ways from skipping breakfast to cooking fresh food every morning after working out at 5 a.m. and before heading out the door to drop my daughter off at school and driving to work. Change is easy when to make it an absolute priority and it tastes amazing, too. I’m doing my best to sleep like a champ (Seriously, Mom), eat great tasting fresh food, workout before I do anything else and limit my exposure to toxic people and situations that steal my joy.
