Before he moved to New York City, landed a spot on “Project Runway” Season 2 and got all famous, Daniel Vosovic spent his formative years growing up in West Michigan were I now live.

But I didn’t know him then. I just met him in November when he was home for a book signing. Before he signed copies of his impressive book, “Fashion Inside Out: Daniel V’s Guide to How Style Happens From Inspiration to Runway and Beyond” he gave a short talk and I was struck by his ability to tell his story in an engaging way. That’s when I knew he would be a fantastic podcast guest. And let me tell you he did not disappoint.

Whether you’re a stylin’ fashionista or someone who wears aprons as outerwear like me, there’s something for everyone on this episode of CraftSanity. Daniel, who is wise beyond his 27 years, shares the story of what it’s been like to build a name for himself leaving West Michigan, becoming a reality TV star, budding designer and businessman. Tune in for some inspiration to push you toward your dream career.

1 week ago by craftsanity I’m very excited to be adding a portable, indoor cyanotype printing set up to my studio that I will also be able to use to sprout my seeds for spring planting. Today is nice and sunny so I made a quick doily test print out on the deck. This form of printing is so much faster and cleaner than carving lino. However, I have no plans to give up printing with ink and look forward to continuing to explore all forms of printmaking. : )  #cyanotype   #cyanotypes   #sunprinting   #doilies   #sunprint   #printmaker   #fiberartist   #fiberart   #testprint
