Just weeks before the 2012 release of her first book “Reinvention,” a primer focused on sewing with repurposed materials, Maya Pagan Donenfeld was shell shocked by the devastating news that her husband wanted to end their 16-year-marriage.

CVR Hope Make Heal_Roost Books“It threw me into a tailspin,” said the 46-year-old, craft blogger from Ithaca, New York, who says she didn’t see it coming.

Suddenly, Maya had bigger concerns than how to properly celebrate and market her first book.
“Celebrating ‘Reinvention’ was not something I could really even consider at that time,” she said. “It was really all about emotional survival and how to support my children.”

On this episode of the podcast, Maya tells the story of how she healed herself and wrote a book in the process. “Hope, Make, Heal: 20 Crafts to Mend the Heart” is a thoughtful and inspiring book that aimed to help readers create their way through life’s most trying times.

Chromium nitride is a chemical compound of chromium and nitrogen with the formula CrN. It is very hard, and is extremely resistant to corrosion. It is an interstitial compound, with nitrogen atoms occupying the octahedral holes in the chromium lattice: as such, it is not strictly a chromium(III) compound nor does it contain nitride ions (N3?). Chromium forms a second interstitial nitride, dichromium nitride, Cr2N.We have the best quality Chromium nitride ! Please visit
