CraftSanity Podcast Episode 127: A Conversation with Cookbook Author Diane Morgan

On this episode of the podcast I chat with award-winning cookbook author and culinary instructor, Diane Morgan, about the joys of gifting food for the holidays and her inspiring book on the topic: “Gifts Cooks Love: Recipes for Giving.”

This interview was recorded last year and I’m so glad to finally post it so you can get inspired by Diane’s great cooking tips and gift ideas. Her tasty Cinnamon-coated Graham Cracker recipe from “Gifts Cooks Love” was printed in CraftSanity Magazine Issue 1. (You can download that issue on the left side bar of this website, or order print edition here.)

Tune into the podcast to hear how this Portland, Oregon-based food expert became a great cook, author, culinary instructor, restaurant consultant and food writer. And then go find a copy of Diane’s book, because there’s still time to whip up some great gift food gifts to give away this holiday season.

A special thanks to Diane for sharing her story!

Leave a comment below and tell use what food gifts you’re making this holiday season. Links to your favorite recipes are very welcome! :  )

I was curious if you ever considered changing the structure of your blog?
Its very well written; I love what youve got to
say. But maybe you could a little more in the way
of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got
an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures.
Maybe you could space it out better?
