It is interesting how color inspires people in so many ways. I like the use of modern bright colors paired with white. Also, I am inspired by catalogs. I just ordered one through Anthropologie and I can't wait to look through that one.

I just listened to your podcast and it really inspired me! It's so serendipitous because yesterday I went to the Japanese bookstore Kinokuniya in NYC looked at Rashida's book. I loved it so much I copied down her blog name and then found CraftSanity.
My New Year's Resolution was to start my own blog and to hopefully have my own crafting business. My first goal is an Etsy shop. After listening to the interview, I definitely feel more encouraged that it just might happen:) Thanks!
P.S. - I would love the book since I couldn't get it at the bookstore!

Blog tutorials -- and the generosity of those who post them -- inspire me. I particularly like simple and elegant designs that use repurposed or on-hand materials (like Betz White's Felted Pomander -- a perfect solution to those laundry accidents). Those designs make me think, "I can do that right now!

Several comments: I'm inspired by nature and colors. I loved listening to the two of you talk. It was lots of fun! I, also, carry projects with me. It's easy to take a ball of yarn and DP needles to make preemie knit caps. I have the same problem looking for stuff in my bag around all the yarn and needles. I love it!

I loved this episode - hearing Jennifer and Rashida laughing so much totally cheered me! Plus, I discovered a new blog.

I'm inspired by practicality - pretty much all of my crafting is functional (quilts, dresses, sweaters...) so I'm always thinking of what materials would compliment the user-to-be.

I look forward to listening to this episode, as I love linen too... I'm inspired by myriad things, but lately I've been paying special attention to tiles and especially "mosaico hidráulico", lovely patterned floor tiles which were common here in Portugal but are increasingly rare: http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=mosaico%20hidr%C3%A1ulico&w=all

My inspiration comes from browsing magazine and junk-mail-catalogs. This was a fantastic interview. I can't wait to get my hands on Rashida's book!
