Enter to Win This Quilt at the 40th Fallasburg Fall Festival This Weekend

fallasburg-quil.jpgThis is the 2008 Fallasburg Fall Festival quilt “ The Fallasburg 40th Beauty” by Lowell artist Dawn Ysseldyke. Oh, to win a quilt. I’m hoping to check out the festival this afternoon at Fallasburg Park in Lowell, Mich. The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and tomorrow (Sept. 27 & 28).

This is one of my favorite local art shows. It features 85 artists, food, music and children’s activities. And the raffle is huge. The quilt is the grand prize, but there are many other things to win. Here’s a map, in case you decide to check it out. It’s a great day to shop for art.

thanks for the tip – I am grabbing my camera and we are out the door! We did not want to spend the days indoors (shopping/movie/home) so this is perfect – I have always heard about this but never knew when it was…!
see you there!

I took the family on a Lowell cruise today. Perfect weather! Did you pick up anything new? I had my eye on a fabulous glass vase, but left empty handed.

I’m glad you were able to take the family to see the art, Catherine. I saw many things I’d love to own, but I didn’t buy anything on day one. I just did my CraftSanity thing. I was so distracted by all the great people I met, that I forgot to buy a raffle ticket. I’m headed back to the show today and hope I remember to buy a chance to win the quilt and maybe do a little shopping, too. : )
