CraftSanity Postcard Swap Follow-up Part One

pc3.jpg

This is the fabric postcard that I sent to my swap partner, Michelle, in London. She wrote to let me know it arrived safely, so I thought I’d share a picture of it with you. The design was inspired by the flowers Abby has been drawing in her sketchbook. I stitched the message and address on the back, too. It took a bit of time, but I had fun and actually got it ready to mail by the deadline. I ended up taking the safe route and mailed it in a clear envelope.

pcback.jpgI can’t wait to check the P.O. Box tomorrow because I think my postcard from Michelle is there waiting for me and I can’t wait to see it. If all goes as planned, I’ll be setting up a Flickr gallery this weekend, so all of you lovely participants can post your postcard pictures for everyone to enjoy. I can’t wait to see all the cards. More later… so stay tuned!

Thanks to everyone who participated. I had fun and I hope you did, too. : )

A special thanks to Andrew for designing the nifty swap logo. (He designs all my logos and I really appreciate it.) Craft Club members, get ready. He’s got another great logo in the works for us, too!)
